Q: Do I need to register to purchase products from SuperDeals?
A: Registration is not required. You can always place an order at the online shop as a guest. At the same time - if you plan to make regular purchases through our website - we recommend that you register. This will save you time when re-ordering from us.
Q: What if I forgot my account password?
A: Forgotten your password? No problem. Just click on ‘my Account’ and then the ‘Forgot your password’ link and we will send an email for you to change your password straight away.
Ordering & Delivery
Q: Where can I find an overview of all my orders?
A: After placing your order you will receive an email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, also stating the terms and regulations. In addition, you can view your order history and delivery address details within the ‘my Account’ section.
Q: Can I Cancel an order if it hasn't shipped yet?
A: We do not recommend to cancel your order even if it hasn't shipped due to logistical issues. Your order will be processed immediately. No worries, you can refuse the delivery or return any unwanted items to our warehouse for a refund according to our Return Policy.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our Orders cut off time would be at 12pm from Monday to Friday, any orders placed before Monday to Friday 12pm would be shipped in same day. The delivery within Hong Kong is 1-3 business days. For International order, your delivery will be take around 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
